Amazon Development Center Iasi wanted to organize an online training program aimed at students and recent graduates. 

Goal1: create awareness around the online training seminar & convince students to attend 

Goal2: recruitment of qualified students at Amazon Development Center in Iasi 

Solution

 

Campaign concept: we came up with a concept titled “Theory into Practice: Amazon TiP Days” due to the purpose of the seminar: to help students shape their career in any business-related field, and potentially come work at Amazon Development Center Iasi. 

THE RESULTS  

Promo duration: 3 weeks

Ads budget: 700 euro

Overall campaign budget: 4500 euro

Channels targeted: Facebook

In 3 weeks, we obtained the following results:

    • Over 1,500 clicks on the registration form for the online event.
    • 93 registered attendees
    • Total link clicks on Amazon’s open job position: 1,052
    • CVs received: 97
    • Hired: 25 (cost per hire: 180 eur)
